Do not compare a 10 km reference with a 5 km actual result or mix a chip time with a gun-time standard without documenting it. The arithmetic can still run, but the comparison would not answer the intended question.
A percentage is not a promise that a runner could reproduce the standard on another day. Weather, course profile, surface, fatigue, and race conditions remain outside this simple comparison.
