Formula: Full Bishop score = dilation points + effacement points + station points + cervical consistency points + cervical position points; maximum = 13.
The calculator follows the traditional five-component Bishop scoring table and shows the contribution from each component. It intentionally does not mix the simplified or modified Bishop variants into the traditional 0–13 total.
