Formula and methodology
Formula: wake = (bedtimeMinutes + cycles x 90) mod 1440, formatted HH:MM; sleepHours = cycles x 1.5.
Five 90-minute cycles from 22:30 end at 06:00, giving 7.5 hours asleep. The clock wraps past midnight with modulo 1440 minutes.
