Formula: Efficiency fraction E = 10^(−1/slope) − 1; efficiency percent = 100E; amplification factor per cycle = 1 + E.
A qPCR calibration curve relates quantification cycle to the logarithm of template concentration. This calculator applies the conventional slope relationship and keeps efficiency as a fraction, percent, and per-cycle multiplication factor so a 100% result is not confused with a 100-fold result.
This result follows the calculator's declared inputs, precision, validation boundaries, and model limits.
