Formula and methodology
Formula: Full pool volume = length×width×average depth; fill volume = full volume×fill percentage/100; fill cost = fill volume×water price per cubic meter.
The tool uses average depth so a sloped-bottom pool can be represented by a stated planning average. Water price is an entered scenario value because tariffs, sewer charges, delivery, drainage, and regional units differ; the result is not a utility bill prediction.
