Formula: Sort values; position=(n−1)p/100; interpolate between the surrounding values.
The calculator uses a transparent linear-interpolation convention so the selected percentile can be reproduced from the sorted list.
This result follows the calculator's declared inputs, precision, validation boundaries, and model limits.
