Formula and methodology
Formula: Differential = (score - rating - PCC) x 113/slope, rounded to one decimal; average the lowest eight of 20 and multiply by 0.96.
The complete WHS has additional score caps and history rules; this tool labels its exact limited scope.
This result follows the calculator's declared inputs, precision, validation boundaries, and model limits.
