Formula and methodology
Formula: Enterprise value = market capitalization + debt − cash; EV/Sales = enterprise value ÷ annual sales.
EV/Sales compares a simplified enterprise value with annual sales. The page exposes the debt and cash bridge so a visitor can check the inputs instead of treating the multiple as a mysterious market label. It is a historical or scenario ratio when the inputs are supplied manually, not a live quote.
This result follows the calculator's declared inputs, precision, validation boundaries, and model limits.
