Formula and methodology
Formula: Chord pitch classes = root pitch class + the selected quality's interval set modulo 12.
A chord quality can be represented by the intervals above its root. The builder returns the root-position pitch-class spelling used by the selected interval template and also exposes the intervals so the result can be inspected rather than treated as a black box.
This result follows the calculator's declared inputs, precision, validation boundaries, and model limits.
