Formula and methodology
Formula: Each 8-bit group becomes one byte; the byte sequence is decoded as UTF-8 text.
Binary digits are only a representation of bytes. This tool first validates byte boundaries, then applies UTF-8 decoding so multibyte characters are handled as encoded text rather than as separate symbols.
